TENOR Associates is led by Rodney L. Milligan, a CFO with over 25 years of experience in providing hands-on financial and operational leadership for private companies.  With a collaborative and people-oriented approach, Rodney has enabled companies to fulfill their mission by:

• Providing financial expertise to improve cash flow, strengthen operations and manage risk
  
• Working with leadership to develop and implement growth strategies
  
• Building an organizational culture to deliver upon those strategies
  
• Representing the organization and communicating its interests to internal and external stakeholders
  
  

Significant Accomplishments:

• Negotiated and accomplished successful sale of two companies to strategic buyers
  
• Pivoted companies toward new market opportunities to ensure stability in response to declining conditions in existing markets
  
• Established and grew a not-for-profit certification program that drew national acclaim and enhanced market acceptance of its services
  
• Managed banking relationships to secure term debt financing and working capital arrangements
  
• Planned and executed laboratory and office relocation to expand capacity and improve efficiency while creating an attractive space to enhance employee engagement and meet stringent technical standards
  
  

Rodney is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) with an active license in the State of Georgia and holds membership in the American Institute of CPAs and the Georgia Society of CPAs. He also serves as a board member for Learn.net, a provider of enterprise learning management systems and tools to support customers’ distributed networks and Balama Development Alliance, a not-for-profit organization supporting education, economic development and evangelism in rural Liberia.  Rodney and his wife, Kathy, live in East Cobb, have two adult children and are active members of Peachtree Presbyterian Church.
